  • For provision of services: name, address, date of birth, telephone, mobile phone, email address, taxpayer number — as needed for billing of consultations and treatments at Clínica do Pêlo establishments.

Data Retention Period

The storage and retention of your data depends on the purpose for which they are processed. When no specific legal requirement exists, data are kept only for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or processed, after which they are deleted.

Clínica do Pêlo commits to ensure the security of your personal data. We adopted a set of technical and organisational measures to protect your data against dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or any other form of unlawful processing.

We demand from subcontractors and partners data-protection measures at least equivalent to those implemented by Clínica do Pêlo.

Protection of Minors

Employment / Recruitment

If you send us an application form with your personal data or your CV, you are informed that, in accordance with Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, your data will be used solely to contact you if we begin a new recruitment process matching your profile — and not for any other purpose. Your data will be stored in a file managed by Clínica do Pêlo.

Should we proceed with a selection process involving your profile, we will contact you. Meanwhile, we will keep your data for a period of two years, in order to contact you if needed. For data quality, we ask you to inform us of any changes to your data.
